FAQ
Why is it called the Moonsuit?
Good question. Because it's out of this world? Might be useful for astronauts? Also because if you really wanted to, you could unzip the exit hatch and flash a moony.
Where is the fabric from?
Our fabric (90% bamboo cotton, 10% elastane) is spun and finished right here in the UK.
Why is bamboo cotton superior?
First, bamboo is a sustainable resource as it grows rapidly without the need for pesticides. Second, it has natural antimicrobial properties, which help to resist bacteria and odors, making it ideal for clothing. Third, bamboo cotton is incredibly soft and breathable, providing comfort and moisture-wicking abilities that keep you cool and dry. Lastly, it is biodegradable, making it an environmentally friendly choice compared to conventional cotton.
Where is the Moonsuit made?
In Space of course. Not really, they are made at a small factory in England.
Why isn't the Moonsuit cheaper?
We are a small business with big dreams but this mission is costly. Because we source top-quality materials and manufacture the Moonsuits locally, in small batches, it's impossible to compete with larger, fast fashion brands. Nor would we want to. We're so proud of the craftsmanship and durability of our garment, and we hope you treasure it too.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders take 1-2 business days to process, and 2-3 working days to arrive.
How do I care for my Moonsuit?
Wash at 30C with similar colours. Do not bleach. Tumble dry on low at your own risk. We've tested it using one machine and it didn't shrink, but all machines are different so please don't come for us if you have a different outcome. We love tumble dryers but they can also shorten the lifespan of any garment, so just something to bear in mind.
What if I'm unhappy with my purchase?
If for any reason you have an issue with your Moonsuit, please contact us and we will arrange a return and a full refund. Terms and conditions apply.
How can I contact you?
